Garden
So our vegetable garden has done wonderfully well again for us this year. We planted beans. peas, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, beets and carrots! The tomatoes are on crack they are starting to creep over the top of the fence!

Chicago deep dish pizza.
So this recipe isn’t healthy per se but it tastes good and is probably better for you then restaurant pizza!
What you need:
1/2 pound italian sausage ( I used turkey to save on some calories)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup green peppers
1/2 cup of pizza sauce

Happy Thanksgiving!
Turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy and pumpkin pie! It can’t get much better! Well I suppose it could if I could spend it with my WHOLE family but I suppose half will do. :p

Tomatoes
We have had SO many tomatoes grow this year! I would say well over 80 and all different shapes and sizes. We planted 3 different kinds, bush early girl, juliet’s and cluster grande’s. I’m so pleased with the turn out. But unfortunately the growing season is coming to an end, I’m going to miss the fresh salads everyday!

Strawberry Pizza
Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup soft butter

Insanity
Kyle and I started this workout program called insanity this week. You do these extremely intense workouts everyday for 6 days then get sundays off. It is one of the hardest things I have ever done I still feel like throwing up every time and my legs are so sore it hurts to walk BUT in the end it will be worth it I’m sure! The latest thing that Kyle and I can’t get enough of:
The show started in 2008, we just heard about it and have been watching the seasons! I would recommend to anyone who enjoys some twisted biker gang drama, critics have called it the new age soprano’s. It is definitely not for the faint of heart but we love it!
Oh and the main character isn’t so bad to look at...
Garden update.
The vegetable garden is ACTUALLY growing! I had this idea in my head that nothing would grow. Everything has come up! We also bought a few vegetables that were already established: Tomatoes, cayenne peppers and hot peppers. All I can say is that I’m really excited.

Recipe of the day.
So I’m definitely not a huge fan of asparagus but Kyle found this great recipe and made dinner for us one night last week. The asparagus perfectly complimented our cedar planked salmon. Delicious! He is a way better cook then me, I love it!
Ingredients
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed

1/2 tsp honey dijon mustard
